Wookun Kim

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Southern Methodist University and a CESifo Research Affiliate. I received my PhD in Economics from UCLA. Before that, I studied International Relations and Applied Mathematics-Economics at Brown University. 

My research focuses on topics in Applied Microeconomics (Urban/Public/Health), Economic Geography, and International Trade. 

In 2023/24, I am on leave and visiting Collegio Carlo Alberto (May-June), CES/LMU (July/August), and LSE (September - March 2024).
